- In case of size issues, we offer exchanges only for products purchased from the collection section. Customer bears the return cost. Initiate the exchange within 24 hours by emailing niloufernasirdesigns@gmail.com or calling/whatsapping +91 9900399752.
- Return the product as received, including tags and packaging. Once checked, you'll be notified of the accepted exchange and the replacement will be initiated.
- Our custom made products are not applicable for returns, exchange or refunds, only size can be altered for + or - 3 inches.
- Products from the collection sections and discounted items are ineligible for exchange/return/refund; replacement is possible with items of equal or higher value.
- To avoid confusion & alteration on sizing concerns for custom made orders, we suggest you walk in to our store/ workshop in Kalyan Nagar and try the product before collecting it.
